We are super excited about this project.
We want everyone to know (Men, Women, Singles & Families) what it feels like to have a HAPPY BODY, which by necessity means a Happy Mind too!
We wanted a platform to share our knowledge. The lessons we've learned while running a large family and two studios (cue stress & anxiety) and to share the wellness strategies (along with the Pilates - the way we teach it) that really worked!
We want to help YOU amplify your Pilates and discover how to use it to manifest the life you want....and it all starts on the mat.
Living a HAPPY BODY life is very intentional. It doesn't happen by accident. You need to choose it.
You need to decide you want one (the power is within you, just as it is for us) and then set about to DO what it takes.

It's no secret that Pilates is one of our family super powers....
and NOW is your chance to join our online Membership - to join the family as it were and start to develop your own super powers to BE the person you wish to be and to create the life you always knew was possible!
As a family we've managed to find our way through anxiety, panic attacks and trauma to create balance, wellness and happiness. It is possible, we know it, we've been through the struggles and we've come out the other side!
Pilates, Breathing, Nutrition and Thinking differently were critical components to that success.
We're still married (happily) and the kids are rocking, so it's about time we share with others, the strategies that we found helpful to build a strong & resilient family, from the inside out.
That's the key agenda with this membership - To help families (& we're not defining what family means to you) .... we hope to grow the membership content with info that you, our valued members, will let us know you need.
Whatever the journey is, it all starts with finding yourself on the mat. Wellness starts with you and the answers are all within you. When you can strengthen yourself you'll be the foundation of strength for your loved ones.

Hey Melissa, I just did the 25 minute burn! Loved it. Quick and intense. Being a shorter class I feel like it is more manageable for me to do something like that on a day to day basis. Would love to see more 25 minute burns! Xx
